Summary
Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Clinton, St Bartholomew in Windsor, MO and St Catherine in Osceola, MO is seeking a part time bookkeeper who will be responsible for the financial records for the three parishes.
This position is part time 25 hours a week, Monday- Friday
Essential Functions
- Create and track the budget throughout the year.
- Prepare budget reports for the finance council and the parishes.
- Prepare the annual Diocesan reports.
- Process all bills for the parishes.
- Process all parish donations.
- Prepares and distributes all end of the year giving reports.
- Track and schedule all parish maintenance.
- Research new parish services as needed (ex: phone, internet, etc.).
- Oversee parish hall rentals and coordinates the use of other physical spaces needed for the mission of our parish.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial transactions.
- Experience in bookkeeping.
- Experience using Quick Books.
- Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with the Catholic understanding of ministry is an asset.
