The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and/or minor repairs to the building and surrounding grounds.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Completes all daily maintenance requisitions
- Assists with handling incoming/outgoing deliveries, as needed
- Lift/move furniture & equipment
- Maintains grounds, parking lots and driveways
- Snowplowing when applicable
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Required Education/Experience:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 3+ years maintenance experience
Special Requirements:
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to operate various types of tools and equipment safely
- Lift various items up to 75 pounds with no physical limitations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
