Responsible for Managing Epic Application Teams and third-Party Applications.
Support scheduling, Registration, Provider Maintenance, Patient Movement, Patient Referrals, and Provider Credentialing.
Ensure focus and accountability to achieve departmental results.
Responsible for user satisfaction for group’s products and for all employee productivity, staffing, development and retention within assigned group.

Provide overall direction and guidance to employees within departments.
Provide leadership on customer support strategies and resolves escalated client issues for department.
Plan and manage both human and financial resources within domain.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study - Required
Masters Degree - Preferred
5 years Relevant work experience required. In lieu of degree, 10 years of relevant work experience required. - Required
2 years Previous Management Experience - Preferred
Epic Rev Cycle - Highly Preferred
Previous Front Office Medical Experience - Preferred
