Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Power Platform and SharePoint Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and SharePoint. You will work closely with the data and analytics team and external partners to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and ensure the smooth operation of our Power Platform and SharePoint solutions. Additionally, you will be an advocate for the Power Platform and SharePoint, promoting their integration and adoption across the organization. You will also support and train users on our map applications built on ArcGIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
- Collaborate with senior specialists to implement enhancements and updates.
- Document support activities, solutions, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve their understanding and usage of Power Platform and SharePoint tools.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform and SharePoint ecosystems.
- Advocate for the Power Platform and SharePoint, promoting their integration across the organization.
- Support and train users on map applications built on ArcGIS.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and SharePoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Previous experience in a technical support role.
- Some coding experience, with a preference for JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ArcGIS or other GIS applications
