Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Substitutes to fill in for absent employees on a temporary basis. The Substitutes will provide support in various roles such as teachers, administrative staff, or other positions as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Flexible and able to adapt to different work environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Fill in for absent employees in various positions.
- Follow lesson plans, instructions, or tasks provided by regular employees.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while on assignment.
- Uphold the policies and procedures of the organization.
- Communicate effectively with staff and students.
Requirements
- Availability to work on short notice.
- Willingness to work in different departments or roles.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Certification or training in relevant areas is desirable.
- Reliable transportation to travel to different work sites as needed.
