Facilitates development/review of total curriculum that integrates the students' intellectual religious, social, emotional and physical growth in light of the Gospel.
Builds parent communication with faculty & encourages parent- teacher-student interaction.
In classroom teaching, displays experience and enthusiasm for the profession.
Supervises daily operation and maintenance of the school.
Supervises and facilitates school related organizations.
Insures compliance with the state code and the Archdiocesan guidelines.
Insures the health and safety of the students by providing a safe learning environment.
Reflects the goals of the school, faculty, needs of students and expectations of the parents.
Assists in initiating, developing and implementing local education board policies.
Initiates and/or actively participates in long-range planning for the school and/or parish.
Assists board in self-assessing its effectiveness.
Maintains open communication with staff, students, parents, pastor, parish organizations and community.
Communicates school's values, needs, efforts and accomplishments to the total community
