The Archdiocese of St. Louis strives to teach and share our faith, serve others, and foster unity throughout the St. Louis area. Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
This position is responsible for greeting all guests to the Cardinal Rigali Center, issuing proper credentials for visitors, and directing attendees to meeting rooms. This position is critical to the daily operations to ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given proper information and directions while maintaining the security of the facility.
- Greet all entrants to the building upon arrival and assist them with directions to their proper location or inquires.
- General security of the building such as making sure all outside doors are locked at the end of a shift and issue temporary passes when needed.
- Inform Building Supervisor of any problems with A/V equipment, meeting rooms or the building during a shift.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
- Ability to use computer programs to include word processing and e-mail.
- Good understanding of the structure, mission and organization of the Archdiocese.
