Description:
This individual will be responsible for the design, preparation, development, and implementation of training programs for homemakers, personal care aides, home health aides and supportive care aides in the Home Care Program. Additional responsibilities include orientation and supervision of homecare worker activities, designed to assist functionally impaired elderly clients to remain at home, which are performed by a trained Home Care Aide.
This individual will be working primarily out of our Milford office, but will need to also travel to other homecare offices in Greenfield, Athol and Gardner.

Requirements:
Requirements include a nursing diploma from an accredited school of nursing, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the nursing field, and knowledge of the delivery of home-based services to the elderly and disabled. Certification in Personal and Home Care Aide State Training (PHCAST) in PC and HHA services is preferred.
