Description:
This individual will provide case management, support and advocacy while working with families and individuals in need who seek out assistance and services through emergency stabilization and homeless prevention. In addition this individual will be responsible for providing oversight of the food pantry operation within the framework of the Emergency Services area.
Requirements:
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, human services or a related field with experience in case management, working with families and individuals in need or a high school diploma or its educational equivalent with at least 3 years of case management experience in the previously stated fields. Also required is a solid understanding of case management and/or social work protocols and practices, and community resources.
