Supporting the Director of Centro San Juan Diego while fostering community relations across the Archdiocese and advancing our mission to rescue all people in Jesus Christ for the glory of the Father.

Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Public Relations: Oversee programs, recruit and train staff, foster teamwork, promote services, manage communications, and build strong relationships with communities and institutions.
• Organization: Manage student registration, curriculum development, communication, and marketing while coordinating meetings, updating the website, and enhancing programs to support the Hispanic Catholic community.
• Program Budget & Development: Oversee budgeting, track expenses and revenue, manage fee structures, ensure accounting accuracy, support grant opportunities, and contribute to development efforts.
What We're Looking For
• A practicing Catholic who aligns with the Church's mission and values.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Professional experience required in related field.
• Teach Catholic Doctrine using adult faith development methods.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Maintain a professional yet ministry-focused image.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
• Multitask, work independently, and plan program events and graduations.
• Understand the Catholic Latino experience and engage diverse cultures effectively.
• Uphold high professional standards and commitment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, technology, and social media.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Adaptable to a dynamic, changing environment.
