The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Catholic IT Consultant to assist with the integration of Salesforce and Account Engagement with Fundraise Up and Shopify. This role requires an understanding of both technology and the principles of the Catholic faith to effectively support our staff in enhancing community outreach, engaging with parishioners and donors, and ensuring operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Shrine's team to assess current technology systems and identify integration needs.
- Design and implement solutions for integrating Salesforce with Fundraise Up and Shopify.
- Provide expertise on Account Engagement features and best practices, ensuring alignment with our fundraising goals.
- Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure functionality and address any issues that arise.
- Train staff on using the integrated systems effectively, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the integration processes and provide reports on project status and outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in technology, particularly in fundraising software and account management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience with Salesforce, Fundraise Up, and Shopify integration.
- Strong understanding of Account Engagement features and their application in fundraising.
- Familiarity with the Catholic Church's mission and values is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce or other related technologies are preferred.
