Saint Thomas Aquinas Academy in Tampa, FL is searching for a motivated, mission-aligned individual to join our faculty as the Dean of Curriculum and Pedagogy. This role includes providing professional development, coaching, support and feedback for all areas related to successful teaching and learning. The ideal Dean of Curriculum and Pedagogy has a deep knowledge of classical education and pedagogy; is an excellent communicator and leader, who guides teachers to pursue excellence in their craft; engages families in meaningful learning partnerships; and partners with the Head of School on implementing systems that support high quality instruction.
Salary and Benefits: Commensurate with salary and benefits offered within the Diocese of St. Petersburg.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a Level II Background Screening.
