JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Program Director and/or Supervisor, the Partial Care Counselor serves as a member of the treatment team for consumers of the Partial Care Program. Works as part of a team providing group and rehabilitation counseling and service coordination to promote recovery of consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Display commitment to the goals of Partners In Recovery Program and its responsiveness to the needs of consumers.
- Facilitate groups & activities that address the social, vocational, financial, & skill learning needs of the consumers.
- Participate in treatment planning & review representing the needs & goals of the consumer as presented during Partial Care Services.
- Maintain accurate & current documentation of the consumer's participation & services provided in the Partial Care Program.
- Participate in staff meetings and training opportunities.
- Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary & appropriate by the Program Supervisor & Director.
