ENTITY:Mt. Olivet Cemetery was consecrated in 1892 and is located on the western side of the Denver Metro area in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. It is the largest cemetery in Colorado containing 392 acres. St. Simeon Cemetery was consecrated in 2004 and is located on the eastern side of the Denver Metro area in Aurora, Colorado. The Mortuary has two locations. The first is located on the grounds of Mt. Olivet Cemetery and was opened in 1981. The second was the recent acquisition of Caldwell-Kirk Mortuary. These entities serve the Catholic Community of the Denver metro area and its various parishes, missions, and apostolates and other members of the public regardless of their religious affiliation.
THE POSITION:The Coordinator for Virtual Outreach works in direct collaboration with the Outreach Manager and is responsible for promoting the ministry through an online presence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Performing day-to-day administrative duties as required;
- Web page development, management, optimization;
- Social media optimization (Facebook and Linked-in);
- Data-base management;
- Optimize reviews;
- Phone line management;
- Electronic communication;
- Google advertising and presence;
- Reservation management for events and outreaches;
- Oversee online lead management and online inquiries;
- Work with Archdiocese Marketing and Communications Department and CFCS Marketing;
- Compiling and tracking departmental performance data;
- Assist with parish outreach and events as requested;
- Assist with live streaming as requested;
- Maintain budget for department and update manager at least monthly;
- Ordering of materials;
- Any other duties as directed by management.

Refrain from public promotion or approval of any conduct or lifestyle that would reflect discredit or disgrace on, or cause scandal in relationship to, the Archdiocese of Denver, or considered to be in contradiction with Catholic doctrine or morals;
Must hold current valid Colorado drivers license to perform duties;
Have excellent communication skills;

Must be detail oriented and perform duties in a timely and accurate manner;

Ability to network;
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to operate computer and mouse, copier, printer, and telephone;
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds;
Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time;
Ability to work on a computer and look at computer screen for extended periods of time.
