St. John Bosco Clinic, a vital healthcare provider serving the uninsured and underserved population of Miami-Dade County, is hiring a full-time Patient Services Assistant. This team member will be crucial in supporting non-clinical patient services and ensuring seamless operations within our clinic, focusing on patient and healthcare provider satisfaction. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the vision, mission, and values of the Archdiocese of Miami.

Hours: Monday- Friday, 8 hours daily.

Responsibilities include:

Serves at the front desk reception.
Sets up patient appointments.
Prepares all patient paperwork, sending orders for follow-up testing and other post-visit processes.
Scans and uploads documentation and prepares reports.

Qualifications:

High School degree required.
Experience in a medical clinic or related setting preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish (speak, write, read)
Excellent computer skills with one year of experience preferred.
Availability to work weekends as needed.
Must have a professional demeanor.
