- Location inquires;
- customer complaints/concerns
- Write up service requests for grounds work;
- Genealogy inquires

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
