Job Description

JOB DUTIES:

Performing secretarial functions such as answering the phone, filing, managing incoming and outgoing mail, counting tuition, making photocopies, faxing documents, and other clerical duties as assigned.

Assist or prepare correspondence including e-mail communication for school as requested.

Assist the Director with various projects as requested.

Work with young children and step into classrooms to assist teachers as needed.

Assists with the coordination of various calendars as needed.

OTHER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws. Maintains a neat and safe work area. Order office supplies and ensure that all office equipment is operational. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:
Compliance with BCI & FBI background checks, OCCRA courses, CPR course, and completion of Protecting God's Children program.

Ability to communicate effectively and understand the Catholic perspective; ability to multi-task and establish priorities; high level of integrity and professionalism; Ability to maintain flexible attitude and approach towards assignments and successfully operate under appropriate guidelines; Excellent communication skills; Knowledge of Microsoft software applications; The ability to maintain all information highly confidential.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 am-12:00 pm (possibility to adjust)
Salary: $14.00 per hour
