```Duties``` - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement - Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports and compliance with securities laws - Manage the general ledger and ensure proper recording of financial transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes - Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems, such as Quicken, PeopleSoft, and QuickBooks - Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support ```Experience``` - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Proven experience in financial analysis, account reconciliation, and financial auditing - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quicken, PeopleSoft, QuickBooks - Familiarity with securities laws and regulatory reporting requirements - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join our team.
