The English as New Language (ENL) Teacher is responsible for supporting students who are in the process of learning English. This position involves providing tailored instruction, developing inclusive lesson plans, and fostering a supportive environment for multilingual students to succeed academically and socially in a faith-filled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to support English language acquisition in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records to inform instruction and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and provide accommodations for MLL students.
