Overview
The Maintenance Person plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities. Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Perform routine mechanical and electrical repairs, ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance projects, including supervising subcontractors when necessary.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the visual appeal of properties.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns and ensuring satisfaction with maintenance services.
