We are hiring a 5th grade teacher for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year at our school on the southside of Indianapolis.
Job Requirements:
Indiana Teacher's License
Bachelor's Degree in K-6 education or similar
St. Roch is a PS-8th Catholic School. The teacher in this 5th grade position will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons for 5th grade students. The ideal teacher candidate has both a strong knowledge of the Indiana Standards as well as current best practices to meet diverse student needs. Collaboration with another 5th grade teacher is a must. This candidate can design and facilitate engaging lessons, with varying levels of differentiation, as well as promote a positive classroom environment that places Christ at the center.
