Provide accounting and financial management services to nonprofit organizations including review client accounting, prepare financial statements, develop and manage budgets, analyze and report on financial data, educate and train clients in financial and accounting related matters, develop, implement and monitor internal control procedures, design and implement accounting systems, manage restricted grants and contributions, prepare federal, state and local tax forms and keep clients in compliance with other tax and licensing requirements, supervise and train bookkeepers and junior accountants.
