Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of organizational strategic imperatives for patient experience and satisfaction across the organization by working closely with clinical and operational leaders.
- Align all patient experience data to direct patient experience initiatives and develop a culture of service excellence.
- Plan, organize, coordinate and direct all functions of the department in order to meet the mission, vision and values of St. Francis Hospital. The major functions managed by the Department of Patient Experience include service excellence, measurement and analytics of patient experience, staff training and development, patient and guest services, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years professional experience in the hospital environment, good communication skills, and knowledge of Patient Bill of Rights and Advance Directives.
- Previous Administrative experience, Responsible for evaluating, developing and administering policies/ procedures relative to an effective and efficient Patient Relations Department.
- BSN required, MSN required
Posted Salary Range: USD $135,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr. :
