Position Summary
We are seeking highly qualified adjunct instructors to join our newly announced Master of Arts in Motorsport Management degree.
Belmont Abbey College is currently accepting applications for the Fall 2025 semester while the Master of Arts in Motorsport Management awaits final approval from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Job Responsibilities
Candidates should have a proven track record of mentoring and developing emerging professionals, as well as strong research skills applicable to the field. Experience in directing student research projects or contributing to academic inquiry is highly valued. The role requires individuals who can integrate practical industry knowledge with academic rigor to provide students with a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of a graduate degree in business, sport management, or motorsport management related academic field. Ideal candidates would have 10 years of professional experience in the motorsport industry, demonstrating significant expertise in business-related roles and the management of teams, brands, or racing organizations.
