SUMMARY
Trinity Catholic High School seeks a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as the Head Football Coach. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's football program, fostering a positive culture of teamwork, discipline, academic excellence and community relations. Trinity Catholic is founded upon its Catholic principles and ideals and any head coaching candidate needs to have a strong understanding of its importance to the overall student athlete and school mission.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and functions, as outlined herein, are intended to be representative of the type of tasks performed within this classification. They are not listed in any order of importance. - Develop and implement a comprehensive football program for high school student-athletes.
- Lead practices, training sessions, and games while promoting a safe and competitive environment.
- Supervise and mentor assistant coaches.
- Foster academic success, emphasizing the balance between sports and education.
- Build strong relationships with players, families, and the school community.
- Collaborate with school administration and the Athletic Director to ensure program alignment with school values and policies.
- Promote student-athlete development in leadership, sportsmanship, and character.
- Manage equipment, uniforms, and the football program budget.
- Experience in building a successful and sustainable football program.
- Familiarity with NCAA recruiting processes and eligibility requirements.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
- Proven success as a football coach, preferably at the high school or collegiate level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Trinity Catholic High School.
- Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and sports regulations.
- Ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes.

Requires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings. Church employees must conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with and supportive of the mission and purpose of the Church. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in physical education or related field supplemented with at least two (2) years of experience as an athletic coach preferred. CPR/AED/First Aid Trained preferred. Must be willing to complete within 1 year of employment and keep certificate active.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed indoors and outdoors. Works frequently in close physical proximity to others and may encounter work in enclosed or tight spaces.
PHYSICAL SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to traverse various athletic grounds and facilities. Prolonged periods of standing or walking. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, see, hear, and use their hands for fine and gross motor functions; required to see up close and from far away. Position may require lifting, pushing, and/or pulling up to 50 lbs.
