Our Lady of the Holy Rosary St. Richard Catholic School in Cutler Bay, Florida has an opening for a part-time Maintenance Person. This position will be responsible for maintenance duties to ensure that the facilities’ appearance positively reflects and enhances the school.
Working as part of the Maintenance Team to maintain and keep buildings in excellent condition. Removing litter and debris from all areas, observing proper disposal practices. Painting areas in buildings that need attention. Take care of minor plumbing repairs. Pressure cleans high traffic areas on a regular basis. Lifts and/or moves boxes and furniture. Completes tasks according to appropriate specifications, standards/best work practices and within scheduled parameters.
Keeps Principal apprised of progress, notifying her of delays. Report’s maintenance concerns to the immediate supervisor. Prioritize assignments while managing several projects at the same time.
The candidate must be supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church.
Schedule: Monday- Friday. Additionally, on-call as needed

Pay: $17.00 - $19.44 per hour
