As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll partner with leaders to craft and drive recruitment strategies that align with our organizational mission. Your expertise in talent acquisition, strategy, and communications will help shape an excellent candidate experience and enhance the Archdiocese's reputation as an employer of choice.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment: Forecast hiring needs and create proactive, multi-channel recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen our brand to reflect Catholic identity and values.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive experience for all candidates, maintaining effective relationships with hiring leaders and external partners.
- End-to-End Process Management: Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interview guides, selection guidance, and ATS administration.
- Pipeline Development: Build a robust candidate pipeline to support immediate and future staffing needs.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Focus on standardized, tech-enhanced processes to boost speed, candidate experience, and quality.
- Retention Support: Collaborate on strategies to retain current employees and identify high-potential talent for internal promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in strategic talent acquisition and recruitment marketing
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, talent pipeline management, and employment branding
- Proficient with ATS, Microsoft, and AI recruitment tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
