Sophia Teachers (Sophia) seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to serve in the role
of Education Programs Coordinator. This role reports to the Education Programs Manager, and
carries out Sophia's mission of strengthening catechesis by coordinating the logistics of
professional development programs for Catholic educators across the U.S. The ideal candidate
will be a team-player who takes pride in owning the successful planning and flawless execution
of catechetical events.

Responsibilities will include:
Working with Sophia team members to plan and coordinate professional development
programs in locations throughout the U.S.
Scheduling and preparing of shipments of materials to programs.
Assisting with booking venues and catering, and confirming other event-related details.
Managing registration spreadsheets and certificates.
Assisting with development of marketing materials for diocesan officials, school
administrators, and program participants.
Serving as an ambassador of Sophia Teachers at programs and conferences.
Ensuring that every detail of professional development experiences reflect our abiding
respect for Catholic educators.
Other tasks as assigned.

Ability to take initiative and successfully coordinate multiple projects, each with
numerous deadlines, with minimal supervision.
Grace under pressure when handling last-minute changes and in responding to internal
and external customers.
Uncompromising attention to detail, excellent work ethic, high awareness of timing, open
and direct communication, and humble disposition.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite.
Ability to work out of our Nashua, NH headquarters, and travel 30% of the time
depending on the time of year.
