Job Title: Front Office Assistant – Data Processor
Reports To: Director of Operations

Summary of Responsibilities: The Front Office – Data Processor will provide the necessary clerical responsibilities required for the school administration to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of the school.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Database entry (Rediker and internal records), documents, and reports.
- Receives guests and interacts with staff, senior management, supporters, vendors, etc., before they meet with the senior executive.
- Answers the phone, takes messages, and routes phone calls to the appropriate extension.
- Ensures that the front office is never left unattended.
- Manages sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care; only sharing sensitive or confidential information with others who need to know as part of regular job responsibilities; contacts supervisor with questions or concerns about how to handle sensitive or confidential information
- Collects new student forms for various offices (Immunizations, free/reduced lunch, handbook, etc.)
- Collect and receive re-enrollment forms as directed.
- Collect and receive re-enrollment money as directed.
- Tracks family tuition contributions through Blackbaud (Smart Tuition).
- Conducts student withdrawal in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Serve as custodian of student records and maintains accurate files.
- Prepares and maintains permanent student records and cumulative folders for all students (e.g., requests records on new students, data entry of all student records) to ensure compliance with financial, legal, state, and federal requirements.
- Process requests from students and other districts (e.g., transcripts, student course requests, attendance/graduation verification, etc.) to provide the required information.
- Responds to inquiries from staff, other educational institutions, the public, parents, and students (e.g., mailing out transcripts, processing student withdrawals as needed) to provide information and/or direction.

- Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
