Job Title: Communications Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team and support the Marketing Director in executing effective public relations and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, brand building, and audience engagement. As part of the marketing team, you will play a key role in enhancing the visibility and growth of our brand and projects, as well as those of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to plan and implement public relations and marketing campaigns.
- Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other content to promote the company's projects and services.
- Assist in managing and monitoring company social media accounts and clients' accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance metrics.
- Build and maintain media lists, track press coverage, and assist in nurturing relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website updates, under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
- Support event planning and execution, such as press conferences, launches, film premiers, and other promotional activities.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing updates to the Marketing Director.
- Maintain marketing and PR schedules, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met in coordination with the Marketing Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, verbal communication skills, and critical thinking.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a valuable asset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience (internship or similar) in marketing, PR, or communications.
- Experience in executing public relations campaigns.
Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
