Posting Title: Sheen Initiative Project Support Coordinator Overview:
The Project Support Coordinator will assist the director with the program planning for the initiatives including: oversight of digital media and Initiative webpages, coordinate communication among advisory groups, set up all meetings associated with planning, collect and file assessment reports. The coordinator will serve as the onsite coordinator for workshops and other programs, recruiting and coordinating student volunteers, liaison with facilities and catering and collecting and collating program evaluations.
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $24/hour - $30/hour
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication among Sheen Initiative staff, advisory teams, project leads and STRS.
- Coordinate updates to webpage and digital media platforms.
- Assist Director of Sheen Initiative with coordinating program planning, catering and facilities arrangements.
- Recruit, train and direct volunteers working at events.
- Prepare all evaluations and assessment reports connected to the programs hosted.
- Maintainan up-to-date timelines and the calendar for all programs within the Sheen Initiative's efforts.
- Maintain an accurate program budget and annual reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s Degree with 3+ years of work experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience in maintaining web pages and digital media accounts.
- Strong collaboration skills.
