Administrative Assistant
Saint Mary’s Gloucester City requires a part-time individual, 15 hours per week in the Parish Offices whose primary duties will be producing the parish bulletin, maintaining the parish website and social media page, in consultation with the Pastor and Parish Staff.
- Must be knowledgeable and have experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point) and Google applications.
- Assists with daily office duties as time permits such as: data entry, filing, answering phones, greeting at the door, Mass Cards.
- Assists in maintaining data base for the parish e-giving, We Share program.
- Maintain up-to-date contact information for all parishioners.
- Assists with coordinating meetings and special parish events.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive, parish-oriented relations and rapport.
