Lead Maintenance Technician
Holy Family High School is currently seeking a qualified Lead Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have the ability to complete building and field maintenance with precision and pride.
Qualified candidates will have skills to maintain and beautify the Holy Family High School Campus! Show us your talents while working as a member of the blessed, Holy Family High School staff, in support of the Faculty and Student Body! Shift Schedule of Monday through Friday 5:30 am to 2 pm, with possible overtime.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED matching qualification
Ideal Candidate will demonstrate:
- Precision maintenance in one of the most beautiful school buildings around.
- Experience and working knowledge of Commercial building structure and systems.
- Experience and working knowledge of commercial electrical, commercial grade hardware and fixtures, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Experience and working knowledge of commercial irrigation systems and landscaping hardware, i.e., fencing, lighting, building materials.
- Experience and working knowledge of hand and power tool use, plus landscape maintenance equipment use.
- The ability to diagnose and repair minor issues with all the above.
- Exceptional care, cleanliness, and maintenance of physical spaces throughout the school interior, stadiums, and exterior property; including equipment, shop space, office space, classrooms, and common areas.
- Demonstrate creativity and express ideas for solution.
- Ability to take direction from and collaborate with the Director of Facilities.
- Ability to collaborate with custodial staff on many shared responsibilities.
- Ability to complete custodial tasks as a routine, and as assigned.
- Pride in this craft, and to be a part of a team dedicated to preparing the facilities each school day.
- Willingness to work some overtime as needed
