Saint Bernadette Catholic School, located in West Springfield, VA, has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic 1st grade teacher. We seek a dynamic teacher who inspires students and who works collaboratively and creatively with colleagues. The teacher is responsible for implementing a well-rounded, developmentally-appropriate instructional program which adheres to the Diocesan policies and guidelines.
Ideal candidates have a deep devotion to the Catholic faith, prior teaching experience, strong classroom management, and effective communication skills. Candidates should be passionate about teaching and have a love for the students. Candidate should possess Virginia or VCEA licensure or be willing to work towards certification.
