The Project Manager for the Archdiocese of Chicago’s Leading in a Renewed Church (LRC) will support the development and execution of initiatives focused on ongoing leadership formation, coaching and mentoring, priest placement, and priest growth plans by working with leadership in various project management capacities.
Description Of Responsibilities
- Supports LRC leadership in overall planning and execution of key initiatives
- Monitors, organizes, and supports the execution of LRC strategies and plans
- Organizes the day-to-day work of LRC, tracking major efforts, consultative meetings, and other key elements to ensure the LRC team’s productivity and to drive progress
- Works with Catholic Leadership Institute (CLI) and broad range of leaders across the Archdiocese to organize and communicate data tools like the Disciple Maker Index and Priest Leadership Inventory
- Creates resources for LRC team’s use including presentations, and organizes the storage of these and other resources for LRC team
- Utilizes tools like Microsoft Office 365 to ensure LRC team access, communication, security, and accountability
- Facilitates team meetings and other opportunities to enable team decisions, collaboration, and preparation, with consideration to core values outlined in LRC team charter
