The Business Office of Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School is seeking to hire an executive assistant and billing and collections employee. Position responsibilities include (i) assisting the school president with a variety of administrative tasks, (ii) supporting the school's business office by performing tuition and fee billing and collection processes, (iii) supporting the school's admissions director by assisting families with enrollment contract completion and class rosters, and (iv) supporting student families in identifying and completing various financial assistance and scholarship applications.
The successful applicant will have prior experience working as a billing manager or accounts receivable manager and be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and work successfully in a team environment. It is also essential that the applicant have a good working knowledge and skills in utilizing technology tools, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), general ledger accounting and billing and collections software.
