Are you a dedicated, organized individual with a passion for community and service? The Parishes of St. Pius V and St. Vincent de Paul are seeking a compassionate and efficient Parish Secretary to be the welcoming face and backbone of our church offices.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the parish office, handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of parish activities, membership, financial and sacramental records.
Communication: Prepare weekly bulletins, correspondence, and manage parish social media.
Support to Clergy: Provide administrative assistance to our clergy and staff.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
- A warm, welcoming demeanor and a commitment to the mission of our parishes.
