We are looking for a committed disciple who is blessed with the gift of administration, meaning they must be organized, detail-oriented, and a strong multitasker. The ideal candidate is passionate about organization and wants to help maintain organizational health in the workplace. The Wedding Coordinator will be the first point of contact for people going through one of the most important moments of their lives (their Sacrament of Matrimony). Therefore, while the position is primarily administrative, this individual must exercise the gift of hospitality.
Additionally, we are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) since they will be responsible for communicating the preparation process to those seeking the Sacrament of Matrimony. We are looking for a self-starter and team player capable of interacting with many different groups. Because this person will work with English-only and Spanish-only people, this individual must be bilingual.
This is a full-time role, that could require being present on nights and occasionally on weekends.
