JOB PRIMARY PURPOSE/FUNCTION
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer in the execution of his or her duties. The Administrative Assistant performs some clerical support work in addition to key administrative and business support for the Finance office.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR THE FINANCE OFFICE
A. Assist in daily diocesan business and management of the office business, as directed.
B. Provide various clerical duties such as copying, filing, typing and word processing, reports, mailings and other related items as needed.
C. Provide telephone support and appropriate information to callers.
D. Prepare various documents such as agendas and minutes.
E. Input Annual Appeal and Catholic Foundation data into the financial and electronic software programs.
F. Send invoices and update the rent spreadsheet. Maintain accounts receivable as directed.
G. Ensure all components of corporate resolutions are accounted for and correct.
H. Update stock and other investment spreadsheets.
I. Administrator of the Ritzinger Scholarship.
J. Cover reception on as “as needed basis” being a part of the administrative pool.
K. Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
