Reports to: Director of Advancement
FTE: 0.5 (temporary with the option to become permanent)
Position Summary:
The employee is an integral member of the Advancement Office. This position is responsible for setting
up the new capital campaign parameters in Raisers Edge and executing all gift entry, receipting, pledge
reminders, reporting and other database duties related to the campaign.
Responsibilities:
• Sets up a framework to track, steward and recognize all donors to the 2024-25 capital campaign
(including the Early Learning Center and Outdoor Athletic Facility Improvement).
• Enters all gifts into Raiser's Edge and provides donation receipts to donors.
• Sets up pledges in Raiser's Edge and send pledge reminders in a timely fashion.
• Provides reports and updates to the President, Director of Advancement, Controller, Board and
Campaign Leadership Team to track the status of donations, pledges and fundraising goals.
• Provides feedback and input to the Advancement Department on best practices for campaign
donor management and stewardship.
• If time permits, assists Development Coordinator with database updates for general donations
to the system (outside of the campaign).
• Other tasks as assigned.
Strategic Planning:
• Follows the System's policies and standard processes and respects the teachings and practices
of the Catholic faith.
• Reports and articulates objective progress as needed at meetings.
• Recommends measures to improve methods, performance and quality of product or service,
and suggests changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
Marketing & Public Relations:
• Advocates for the System and serves as an ambassador for the mission of Lourdes Academy.
