- Provides administrative support to the Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Multi-Building Property Manager, and Housing Program in the overall operation of the assigned property
- Provides excellent customer service to and greets those residents, resident's guests, staff, vendors, volunteers and all other visitors to the building. Also, accurately communicates information, both orally and in writing
- Processes initial housing applications and assesses applicant eligibility utilizing prescribed methods, in compliance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies. Also, ensures this information is accurately entered in the computer software system
- Ensures that resident files are accurate, organized and maintained in compliance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies, at all times. Also, organizes confidential resident files for annual audits following prescribed methods
- Assists with the accurate and timely collection of monthly rent from residents and service of notices to residents of overdue rent
- Oversees and assists in the resolution of any resident and/or maintenance-related emergencies, as needed
- Processes check requests, in a timely manner, using the prescribed computerized check request system. Ensures that all vendor services are completed accurately and addresses any issues that arise
- Prepares work orders, sort mail, and prepares flyers, as needed
- Provides set up and clean up assistance for resident activities
- Attends and participates in any trainings required by funding bodies and /or Catholic Charities

Preferred: Associate's Degree or Secretarial School
Minimum: High School

Minimum: 1 Year of office experience
Certification/Licensure:
Preferred: NNCHM Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification
Minimum: NCHM Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification to be obtained by the 24-month anniversary of employment
