St. Catherine Laboure School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate kindergarten aide to join our team. This part-time position supports our kindergarten classroom from 9:00am to 1:15pm daily.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the kindergarten teacher with classroom activities and instruction.
– Provide support to students in both individual and group settings.
– Supervise students during recess and lunch recess on the playground.
– Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and positive learning environment.
– Ability to work collaboratively with staff
– Previous experience in a classroom setting; experience working at a Catholic school is preferred
– Bachelor’s degree preferred

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
