We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
-Assists with employee leave programs according to FMLA and ADA and policy and serves as point of contact for questions from employees and their supervisors.
-Assists with all new hire paperwork including onboarding, verifying background checks and safe environment training.
-Assists with preparation and dissemination of various HR communications including weekly updates, newsletters, and reference guides.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data management, and document preparation.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Initiative and the ability to work well both independently and with others.
-Well-developed interpersonal skills.
