RN uses cutting edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients who require one on one attention and monitoring in the sacred place they call home. Compassionate care is provided to all members of our communities through a multidisciplinary approach working collaboratively with physicians, rehab team members, social workers, and home health aides. Minimum Qualifications:
Requires current Ohio RN licensure with at least one (1) year of experience as a professional acute care nurse; home healthcare experience preferred. Assessment experience helpful.
