Credit/Finance Manager
Responsible for establishing and executing the credit union's major goals and objectives. Responsible for profits and losses. Interprets and implements the Board of Directors' policies. Provides leadership, direction, and guidance of company activities. Manages, analyzes, and evaluates the effectiveness of all operations. Develops and maintains effective organizational structure and personnel. Coordinates major activities through subordinates. Represents the company to regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and trade and community organizations.
• Assumes responsibility for the development and implementation of effective strategic plans, policies, and procedures.
• Has responsibility for the effective performance of SICU's administrative support functions.
• Effectively supervises and coordinates personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication with Credit Union personnel and Board of Directors.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and professional business relations with members, the Board of Directors, stakeholders, trade organizations, and other business contacts.
• Oversees marketing and growth strategies.
• Sells financial services and loans to customers based on their needs and qualifications
Education
