JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for the administrative and clinical management of a program unit, including day-to-day operations, planning, and delivery of clinical services, supervision, and maintenance of high quality services in accordance with the mission of the agency, the contracts, and all applicable standards of best practices and continued improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Ensure delivery of service in accordance with agency policy and procedures, mission, and grant proposals (both county and DCF)
- Follow the principles of trauma informed care in the delivery of services, relationships with clients, and staff
- Plan, coordinate, evaluate and monitor effective and efficient service delivery
- Implement the policy and procedures of Catholic Charities in dealing with clients, staff, and the community. Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and contract requirements of funding entities, including all required reports.
- Provide clinical leadership by piloting new clinical approaches
- Identify opportunities for new service development
- Assist with ensuring the program is financially sound by monitoring caseloads and referral patterns
- Provision of direct services in accordance with client’s treatment/service plan (group/family/individual
- Supervision of staff, students, and volunteers as applicable. (If becomes applicable, detailed responsibilities will be identified)
- Develop QI process for the program including development of PDSAs. Responsible for ensuring programs effective and efficient reporting system.
- Develop and maintain rapport with funding and referral sources. This may include, but is not limited to, YSC, Probation, Courts, other community providers, CMO, and DCP&P.
- Participate in agency and community committees as appropriate
- Coordinate services with other programs both internal within Catholic Charities and external
- Plan and coordinate effective in-service trainings as applicable
- Assure good working relationship with other staff, programs, and agency
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree in appropriate field with appropriate direct clinical experience, license or license eligible preferred
- Experience working with sex offenders
- Spanish speaking a plus
