Cleveland Right to Life is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the planning and execution of CRTLINC and CRTLEDU projects and events. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director and contribute to administrative and clerical functions. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Skill and Education Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), and the ability to navigate and post content on various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Familiarity with Constant Contact is essential. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required. An undergraduate degree is preferred. However, work experience related to this position will be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
Working Conditions: This is primarily a remote, part-time position. However, Administrative Assistant will be required to attend various events and assist Executive Director as needed.

Verbal and written excellence is essential, as is the ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, outgoing, and capable of remaining focused while multitasking. Preference will be given to those with experience working with various social media platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Project Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:
Database Maintenance:
• Update and maintain various databases, including volunteers, Constant Contact subscribers, committees, donors, program volunteers, legislators, and church contact lists.
Communication:
• Provide assistance with writing, proofing, and editing for E-Newsletter Publications, Bulletin Announcements, Press Releases (via Constant Contact), and general communications.
Websites:
• Assist with content maintenance and updates as needed.
Social Media:
• Help create and schedule daily posts and assist with page management.
Project Assistance:
• Support Executive Director and President as needed for Bringing America Back to Life Convention.
• Assist with booking guests, maintaining schedules, and updating contact lists for From the Median.
• Provide event planning support for RTLACO District Meetings, Cleveland March for Life, Ohio March for Life, St. Patrick's Day Parade, Dobbs Day, and volunteer meetings as needed.
• Assist with Treasures for Life Thrift Store bookkeeping tasks.
