Responsibilities
CCC is accepting applications to coach the first-year boys lacrosse program at the school. We are seeking a highly motivated program builder who will be responsible for :
- Teaching: Instructing players on the rules, strategies, and skills of lacrosse
- Training: Designing and implementing training programs to improve players' abilities and skills
- Game strategy: Developing game strategies that maximize the team's strengths
- Player guidance: Providing guidance and support to players on and off the field
- Performance evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating player performance, and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Team participation: Attending and participating in team practices, games, and meetings
- Player safety: Ensuring the safety and well-being of players at all times
- Role model: Being a positive role model for players and teaching them about integrity, perseverance, and teamwork
Applicants will be required to pass a Level II background screening and must complete all diocesan mandated trainings.
