St. Pancratius Parish School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 2nd grade teacher to join our team. The ideal candidates will be committed to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering spiritual, social and emotional growth, and teaching the whole child. Ideal candidates should have experience working in a Catholic School, be a team player and practicing Catholic. Candidate should also have experience in developing weekly lesson plans and grading assessments to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Master’s Degree preferred
- California State Teaching Credential (preferred or enrolled in a program)
- 3-5 years classroom experience
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
