Position: Mission Circle Coordinator
FLSA: Exempt (Not eligible for overtime in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations)
Schedule: This full-time position will work from the St. Louis, MO office.
Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000 with bonus potential of 10%
Reporting to: Director of Development

About the Mission Circle:
The Mission Circle is the Augustine Institute's monthly giving society. It is comprised of over 15,000 members and generates upwards of $3.5 million in annual revenue for the apostolate.
Position Summary:
The Mission Circle Coordinator will oversee the stewardship and growth of the Augustine Institute's largest recurring giving society. He or she will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies to solicit new members, engage and retain existing members, and encourage members to increase their monthly gift. He or she will also work with the Stewardship Officer and Advancement leadership to develop strategies to elevate high-capacity members to greater giving levels.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Development of an annual marketing and events calendar for all Mission Circle initiatives.
Collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquisition, retention, or promotion of Mission Circle members.
Coordination, promotion, and execution of monthly webinars featuring Augustine Institute faculty.
Management of monthly stewardship initiatives, including welcome kits, anniversary kits, and newsletters.
Development and optimization of processes addressing failed, paused, and cancelled Mission Circle members.
Monthly reconciliation of marketing performance metrics in collaboration with marketing personnel.
Managing customer service requests and needs in collaboration with the customer service team.
Ensuring all year-end tax letters are issued correctly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with preference for marketing, business, philanthropy, or related field required.
3-5 years of experience in fundraising or a related field.
Experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack is preferred, but not required.
Experience with Classy nonprofit giving platform is preferred, but not required.
Must be a fully initiated Catholic in the communion of the Catholic Church and intentionally living out the five precepts of the Church (CCC 2041-2043).
Must refrain from the promotion of or the living out of, any conduct or lifestyle that would reflect discredit or disgrace on, or cause scandal in relationship to, the Augustine Institute, or considered to be in contradiction with Catholic doctrine or morals.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, typing and use of office equipment, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will typically work in a climate-controlled office setting.
